Our Iced Cashew Chai is a classic favourite among many at The Moth Cafe and Cafe Mosaics!
This recipe is super simple to make and only requires 4 ingredients. It’s the perfect sweet, refreshing treat!
We created this recipe using our Black Lychee Chai concentrate. We make it fresh in our kitchen and always have some in stock for you to take home! Order online here to pick up at The Moth Cafe.
For this recipe we prefer raw cashews over roasted cashews. Raw cashews give a more light, creamy flavour. Roasted will work, however, they may yield a different flavour. You can find raw cashews at grocery stores that carry a large selection of bulk items or organic/natural grocers.

Iced Cashew Chai
Ingredients
- 16 oz ice
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (more or less optional)
- 8 oz Black Lychee Chai (fill to 16oz line on blender)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender. The chai last, simply fill to the 16oz mark on the blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- ENJOY!
Notes
Bonus tip: You can add a shot of espresso and then it’s like a vegan Iced Capp!
