Mochado Smoothie Bowl

A rich, creamy smoothie bowl with healthy fats that will energize you for the day.

Ingredients

Cashew Chia Pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Mochado Smoothie

  • 1/2 large avocado (or 1 small avocado)
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • coconut cream - fill to 8oz mark on blender

Optional Toppings

  • 1 banana
  • berries
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions

Cashew Chia Pudding

  • Add all ingredients for chia pudding to blender except chia seeds, blend until smooth
  • Stir in chia seeds, let sit in fridge until thickened

Mochado Smoothie

  • Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth
  • In a bowl place 1/2 cup of the cashew chia pudding, then mochado smoothie and decorate with desired toppings
  • Enjoy!
