The perfect vegan banana loaf that everyone will love.

Ingredients
5large ripe bananas
1/4cupvegetable oil
1/4cupwater
2cupswhole wheat flour
1/4cupsugar
1 1/2tspbaking soda
1/3cupchocolate chips
1/3cupraw walnuts(plus more for topping)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl break up and mash bananas. We use a mixer to puree the banana so it's more liquidy.
Add oil and water to banana while mixing. Combine until creamy, some little chunks of banana are okay.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Fold banana mixture into dry ingredients.
Grease a loaf pan, fill with batter and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Top with more raw walnuts, press down lightly into batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 mintues. Cover with foil for the last 10-15 minutes to prevent the top and walnuts from over browning.
Notes
The banana loaf is delicious when served warm. However, if you cut when warm the chocolate chips will be melty. If you would like them to firm up for serving, let the loaf cool in the fridge for a day.
