Looking for a super quick and easy plant-based dinner the whole family will love?!
How about some spaghetti and “meat” balls!
Our Moth Spaghetti is one of the few original items still on our menu. Everyone loves this dish for some classic comfort food.
With our bulk spaghetti balls, you can now make your own at home! We even sell the sauce too 😉
For a super simple dinner, you’ll only need 3 or 4 ingredients.
Spaghetti Balls
Moth Spaghetti Sauce (or any pasta sauce you desire)
Noodles
Nutritional Yeast (optional)
There are a few different ways you can cook the spaghetti balls:
- Thaw first, then pan-fry in oil on medium heat until golden on all sides
- Brush frozen balls with oil and bake for 25 mins at 375 degrees F
- Pop in an air fryer for 15 mins at 375 degrees F – rotating once halfway through cooking
Assembling your dinner is as easy as cooking the spaghetti balls, cooking your pasta of choice, combine it all with pasta sauce (from a jar for an even speedier dinner), and topping with nutritional yeast for added cheezy flavour + vitamins!
If you’re looking to add even more protein to your meal, (the spaghetti balls do contain a good amount from the tofu, soy protein, mushrooms, and wheat flour) try using a bean pasta. Black bean spaghetti or chickpea noodles make a great option!
