Vegan Butter Cream

Ingredients

cup
aquafaba
(liquid from chickpea can)
1
cup
icing sugar
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Open and drain a can of chickpeas, you will need 1 cup of the liquid. This is aquafaba.
Place the aquafaba in the bowl of an electric stand mixer. Beat on a medium-low speed until it becomes thick and creamy. This make take up to an hour.
When the aquafaba has gotten pretty thick, add in the icing sugar and vanilla extract. Continue mixing untill combined.
Serve on dessert of your choosing!
Notes
You may add more or less icing sugar and vanilla extract to suit your preferences.
